2.How do I refer someone?
Go to 'My Account' section on Shopsy and click on 'Refer and Earn'

You will get an option to share a download link with your friends on your favourite Social Media Apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.

3.What do I have to do to get my referral reward?
Ask your friends to install Shopsy using the link you shared
Once they install Shopsy, ensure that they place their first order of value more than Rs. 200
Ensure that they do not cancel or return the order
After the successful delivery of the order and the completion of the return period, your reward of Rs. 150 per new friend gets credited to your bank account automatically
You can view the Refer & Earn section to check the status of your earnings
Don't forget to add your bank account details in your Shopsy account to earn the rewards!
4.How much can I earn through this program?
You earn Rs. 150 for every friend that you introduce to Shopsy. The more friends you refer - the more you earn. So, share the link with maximum number of friends that you have - via WhatsApp groups, Facebook communities, Telegram channels, etc.
5.How can I convince my friends to use Shopsy so that I can earn more?
There are 2 important things that you can tell your friend to convince them to shop on Shopsy:
1) On Shopsy, they can earn while they shop! As you would have experienced, there is a commission for every order they place. What can be better than this?
2) But wait! They get an additional Rs. 50 as a referral reward if they install Shopsy from the link that you shared

You and your friend will not earn the referral reward in case:
Your friend does not use your link for signup

8.Where can I see my referral reward?
Reward of Rs. 50 will be updated on your refer & earn page
9.Why is my reward/earning showing zero even when I have already refried my friends?
If on your refer and earn page referred friends details are updated, and the referral amount is Rs. 0, then either your bank account details are not updated, or bank account details submitted are incorrect

How does 'Refer & Earn' work?
You, a registered user of the Shopsy Platform operating a valid user account on the Shopsy Platform may earn INR 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) and your friend may earn INR 50 (Rupees Fifty), on his/her first order of at least INR 300 (Rupees Three Hundred) on the Shopsy Platform. Please follow the below steps to participate and earn rewards under this Offer:
Invite your friend via your personalized link available on the Refer & Earn page on the Shopsy App.
Your friend must install the Shopsy app using the link shared by you
Your friend places their first order for at least INR 300 or more in a single transaction on the Shopsy Platform & doesn’t cancel or return the products under the order.
You receive INR 150 under this offer and your friend receives INR 50 in addition to the commission payable, if applicable, post the successful completion of your friend’s order post the return period which may take more than 30 days.
Offer is only valid if your friend is a new and first time Shopsy user and the terms and conditions of this Offer are satisfied.
Your friend must use the referral link shared by you to install & meet the conditions below in order for either of you to get a reward under this Offer.
It may take more than 30 days for you and your friend to receive a reward, as the rewards will be provided only after the expiry of the return/ cancellation period for the products in the order placed by your friend.
The reward eligible to be earned under this Offer are subject to change & rewards earned will be based on the amounts offered during the active Offer Period when the referral takes place.
What are the conditions to earning this reward?
You must have a valid Shopsy user account which has a valid Indian mobile number linked to it.
Your friend (Referee) has to install the Shopsy App using the link you shared and should be:
An Indian phone number should be linked to your friend’s account that has not been used with someone else’s account previously on the Shopsy Platform.
New user who has never had a Shopsy user account.
Your friend has installed the Shopsy App on a device which was never used to download the Shopsy App.
Place their first order for at least INR Rs. 300 in a single transaction during the period of this offer. Orders purchasing any electronic gift vouchers are not eligible for this Offer.
Not cancel/return any of the product(s) ordered as part of the first purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE REFER AND EARN PROGRAM
Flipkart Internet Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Shopsy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is offering rewards to valid and eligible users of the Shopsy Platform (“You”, “User”, “Your”) under its Refer & Earn Program (“Offer”) from October 15, 2021 (00:30 HRS) till March 31, 2022 (“Offer Period”) wherein the User has an opportunity to participate in this Offer subject to the terms and conditions of this Offer (“T&Cs”).
By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation that are available on Shopsy mobile application and website (“Shopsy Platform”) including any modifications, alterations, or updates that We make.
This is a limited period offer and is subject to change, at the sole discretion of Shopsy.
To be eligible for the Offer, you (“Referrer”) need to fulfill the following criteria:
Your account must be a mobile number verified with an Indian phone number on Shopsy App.
You must have a valid account on the Shopsy App.
The Referee must click on the link sent by You, successfully download the Shopsy App and using the OTP verification login to the Shopsy App on their mobile phone device.
If the Referee has downloaded the Shopsy App through other means, then You will not be eligible for the earnings.
The device on which the Referee downloads the Shopsy App must be a new device (must not have installed the Shopsy App earlier). The Referee must be a new user and the mobile number should be an Indian mobile number which has not been registered or used before with any user account on the Shopsy Platform.
The mobile number of the Referee used to login to the Shopsy App should be registered in India and foreign mobile numbers are not allowed.
If the Referee fulfills all the above conditions, he may be eligible for rewards under this Offer. The Referee needs to then place and successfully complete an order of at least INR 300 in a single transaction during the Offer Period on the Shopsy App. Once the return period for the purchase has expired and the product has not been cancelled or returned within such time, the Referee & Referrer may receive rewards under this Offer which will be directly added to the “My Earnings” section.
You receive INR 150 under this Offer, and the Referee receives INR 50 as rewards (“Rewards”), subject to satisfaction of these T&Cs.
The Referee shall be required to use the link provided by the Referrer to avail the aforementioned commission. These rewards are subject to this Offer still being active at such a point in time.
Shopsy may limit the maximum amount of rewards that may be earned under this Offer at its sole discretion without notice.
You, the Referrer may refer an unlimited number of people, subject to authenticity and validation checks by Shopsy.
Rewards can be cashed out from the “my earnings” section of your user account on the Shopsy App to your bank account.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, including without limitation: changing the amount of Rewards, modifying how You may earn and spend Rewards earned, modifying the duration and expiration of Rewards, minimum purchase amounts for use of Rewards, maximum amount of Rewards that You may earn, and discontinuing the Offer entirely, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the Offer, you may be required to submit personal information, about You and the Customers you refer, such as name, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Offer. Any information collected from You or the Referred Customers as part of the Offer shall be subject to Shopsy's Privacy Policy.
Shopsy reserves the right to take any administrative and / or legal action including but not limited to termination of Your and Referees’ eligibility for Rewards under this Offer or terminate Your User account, or the accounts of Referees, if You are found:
opening multiple accounts with different email addresses or phone numbers, for the same person/yourself in order to generate additional Rewards.
sending invites to people using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums.
placing large orders, earning and redeeming Rewards and then returning a major part of the order placed.
making multiple successful referrals and redeeming the Rewards and then a majority of your Referred Customers return the orders placed using the Rewards.
attempting to take/taking unfair advantage of the Offer.
using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to Us.
offering incentives to people who do not have existing accounts with Shopsy to register with Shopsy.
violating any terms of this Offer or any other terms and conditions of Shopsy, including but not limited to the Terms of Use of the Shopsy Platform, Privacy Policy in any way; or
participating in the Offer in contravention with any applicable law or regulations.
This Offer shall be applicable only in certain pin codes. Therefore, if You or the Referee belong to unserviceable pin codes, you shall not be eligible for this Offer.
You are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any such participation is voluntary.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of Shopsy.
Shopsy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant of this Offer that tamper or attempts to tamper with the Offer or violates these T&C’s or Terms of Use of the Shopsy Platform.
Shopsy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Offer.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Shopsy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Shopsy as a consequence of (i) violation of these T&Cs by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
In case of issues, you may reach out to our customer care center for prompt resolution, but it may take up to 14 days to resolve your query.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures.
